How To Assemble High Peak Canopy Kit - VIDEO

High Peak Canopy Kit - A Step by Step Assembly.

Here is a "How to" Video that explains the steps to correctly assemble odc canopy kits.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to assemble a carport from heavy duty construction 16 gauge steel pipe corner and roof brackets:

  1. Choose the appropriate carport kit based on the size of the carport you want. Make sure that you have all the necessary parts and before you begin assembling. You need no  tools to assemble our kits.

  2. Lay out the roof brackets on the ground in the sequence that they will be needed for inserting the connecting poles. You can use the instruction manual that you got from ODC-DEALS to help you identify the correct sequence.

  3. Begin assembling the roof by connecting the roof brackets together using the heavy-duty steel pipes. Start by inserting the pipes into the corner brackets, making sure they are securely in place.

  4. Once the corner brackets are attached to the pipes, you can start attaching the roof brackets in sequence. Make sure each bracket is securely attached before moving on to the next one.

  5. After the roof is completely assembled, you can apply the canopy material (tarp, canvas, metals roofing or polycarbonate sheets) of your choice to cover the roof and or the sides. This step may require some help from another person as the canopy cover can be heavy and difficult to handle alone.

  6. Carefully drape the canopy cover over the assembled roof, making sure that it is evenly distributed and covers the entire roof. Use bungee cords or other fasteners to secure the cover to the frame.

  7. Once the canopy cover is in place, you can attach the legs to the roof structure. If applicable, you can also insert the footpads to provide additional stability.

  8. Secure each leg to the roof structure using the brackets provided in the kit. Make sure each leg is level and securely attached before moving on to the next one.

  9. Once all the legs are attached, you can adjust their height to ensure that the carport is level and stable. If necessary, use shims or other materials to level the legs.

  10. Finally, check all the connections to ensure that they are secure and tight. If necessary, tighten any loose bolts or fittings.

Congratulations! You have now assembled your carport from heavy duty construction 16 gauge steel pipe corner and roof brackets.
